Forensic evidence in today’s world comes from an array of new and ever-expanding sources. As these types of evidence expand, so must your knowledge of a variety of forms of forensic evidence. Investigators, prosecutors, Judges, and prospective jurors are being overwhelmed with a multitude of sciences in the field and in the courtroom! You must understand the benefits, as well as the challenges with forensic evidence. Today prosecutors must know proper guidelines for collection, acquisition, storage, and presentation of physical and digital evidence; about rapid changes in technology; prepare for upcoming battles with the big data giants; use of anti-forensic techniques by criminals; use of free online tools for investigation; and the interpretation of the meaning and application of forensics for evidentiary purposes. Join NDAA and our experienced subject matter experts as we explore these issues together!
NDAA is bringing together seasoned faculty, including experienced prosecutors, investigators, scientific experts, and forensic experts as they provide effective techniques and strategies that will increase your ability to successfully prosecute your cases.
