Come to Memphis and enjoy Beale Street, visit Graceland, or listen to some good Blues music in your downtime as you learn about the use of Forensic evidence in trials. In today’s world, forensic evidence comes from a wide range of new and constantly evolving sources. As these sources grow, so must your understanding of various forms of forensic evidence. Investigators, prosecutors, judges, and prospective jurors are being inundated with numerous scientific disciplines both in the field and in the courtroom. It’s crucial to grasp the benefits and challenges of forensic evidence.

NDAA is bringing together seasoned faculty, including experienced prosecutors, investigators, scientific and forensic experts as they provide effective techniques and strategies that will increase your ability to successfully prosecute your cases using forensic evidence.

Eligibility: 

NDAA’s mission to serve and support prosecutors and their staff. In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in or work closely with prosecution: NDAA invites prosecutors, lawyers, and paralegals in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices, as well as law enforcement and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Please submit all requests to NDAA in writing via email to Logan Silverman at lsilverman@ndaajustice.org. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the NDAA event to receive a full refund. Full refunds cannot be approved for requests received after this date. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the event, a 75% refund will be granted with a written request. NDAA regrets that refunds/credit will not be given for cancellations within 14 days of the event or for no-shows. However, substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Should another office member want to attend the course in your place please contact Logan Silverman at lsilverman@ndaajustice.org.
