Jack Sabraw

Jack Sabraw is a Functional Health Practitioner (FDN-P), Board Certified Holistic Health Coach (BCHC), and Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Professional Level (CMT-P) with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. With a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley, Jack has dedicated his career to integrating functional medicine, mindfulness, and personalized health solutions to promote holistic wellbeing. A key component to Sabraw’s practice is to strengthen emotional resilience to reduce negative impacts of chronic stress and anxiety. Integrating stress reduction plans using mindfulness based proven techniques, meditation and simple breath work to enhance wellbeing along with nutritional counseling to address adrenal fatigue, blood sugar imbalances and mood disorders routinely present in individuals experiencing chronic stress. Through this unique blend of functional medicine and mindfulness practices, Sabraw helps clients restore balance, build resilience, and achieve lasting well-being.
Continuing Legal Education Credits: 1.00 hour
Continuing Legal Education Credits: 1.00-hour. NDAA will apply for CLE credit in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia based on state requirements and guidelines. All other attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. At the conclusion of the course and after completion of the electronic evaluation survey, all attendees will receive a uniform continuing education certificate that they may use to report their continuing education hours to their state bar or reporting agency.
