Truth typically lives at the center of every cliché, hence the title of this webinar.  While most prosecutors understand their physical health is important, many of us do not fully appreciate the direct connection between our physical wellness and our effectiveness in the courtroom.  The wheels of justice may always move slowly, but that does not mean our bodies have to follow suit.  This webinar will present a practical approach to improving the physical wellbeing of prosecutors and provide accountability tools that will transform new, healthy habits into a life-long practice of wellness.
