Nicholas Falcicchio is a 17-year criminal investigator and law enforcement officer in the New York Metropolitan Area. He has conducted hundreds of investigations and has qualified several times to provide his opinion as an expert witness or designated subject matter expert (S.M.E.) in court. Mr. Falcicchio holds certifications in mobile telephone forensics, wireless analysis, and telecommunications networks. He frequently consults on legal processes and investigation strategies.
Cellular telephones, social media, and other digital information play a daily role in the lives of almost every person. Mr. Falcicchio recognized the need for law enforcement and legal professionals to understand this technology. Whether searching for a missing person, prosecuting a crime, or defending a client, technology plays a role. In response, he founded A.B.M. Intel to provide this pivotal training.
Mr. Falcicchio has instructed over 1000 law enforcement professionals in cellular technology, records, and analysis.
This course is approved for 1 credit in Kansas and Virginia; 1.25 credits in Illinois, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio and Tennessee; 1.25 Technology credits in Pennsylvania. This course is pending in Texas. All other attorneys seeking self-study CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. At some point during this presentation, a CLE verification poll will be launched; please make note of the verification code.
