Live Webinar: NDAA's Trial Advocacy Academy - 101 Series - Witness Preparation
75-minute presentation
May 21, 2025
2:00 - 3:15 pm ET
Witness preparation is critical to building a strong case and ensuring that justice is served. Preparing lay witnesses and victims can help them to better understand the court process and relieve anxiety they may experience about testifying. Preparing law enforcement and other experts can help provide you with a better understanding of the evidence and your case. No matter the witness, preparation is key to an organized, cohesive, and effective trial presentation.
Join us on May 21, 2025, for the next session in NDAA’s Trial Advocacy Academy – 101 Series focused on witness preparation. This session will reinforce the importance of witness preparation and provide tips to best prepare your witnesses for trial.
Register and attend three Trial Advocacy Academy - 101 Series webinars and receive a $50 credit toward a NDAA training.
