Live Webinar: NDAA's Trial Advocacy Academy - 101 Series - Presentation of Evidence
75-minute presentation
October 9, 2025

Every aspect of a trial provides prosecutors with an opportunity to reinforce their case theory and demonstrate preparedness and organization. How you introduce and present evidence during a trial is no different. Before trial, it is important to consider which evidence should be presented and the most effective way to present evidence.
Join us on October 9, 2025, for the next session in NDAA’s Trial Advocacy Academy 101 Series focused on the presentation of evidence. This session will cover topics including:
- Determining relevancy of evidence
- Foundation and admission
- Chain of custody
- Authentication
- Techniques to present evidence to the jury
NDAA’s Trial Advocacy Academy 101 Series is ideal for prosecutors with limited trial experience who are looking to enhance their trial advocacy skills.
