Prosecutor Bootcamp is part of NDAA's Trial Advocacy Academy and is an intensive three-day trial advocacy course designed for new prosecutors and prosecutors who are looking to gain more trial experience. Combining both lecture and workshop, NDAA's Prosecutor Bootcamp will teach trial advocacy skills and then allow attendees to practice what they've learned under the guidance of our experienced faculty members. Eligibility: 

NDAA’s mission to serve and support prosecutors and their staff. In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in or work closely with prosecution: NDAA invites prosecutors, lawyers, and paralegals in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices, as well as law enforcement and other members of the multidisciplinary team. This course is most appropriate for new prosecutors or prosecutors who are looking to gain more trial experience.

Please submit all requests to NDAA in writing via email to Logan Silverman at lsilverman@ndaajustice.org. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the NDAA event to receive a full refund. Full refunds cannot be approved for requests received after this date. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the event, a 75% refund will be granted with a written request. NDAA regrets that refunds/credit will not be given for cancellations within 14 days of the event or for no-shows. However, substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Should another office member want to attend the course in your place please contact training@ndaajustice.org.
