Leadership is more than a position. It is what creates office culture, develops strong prosecutors, and influences meaningful collaboration with criminal justice stakeholders and the community. Led by a faculty of experienced leaders, NDAA’s 2024 Leadership Conference will discuss current challenges, best practices, and strategies for effective leadership in prosecution. Whether you are the chief prosecutor, a unit chief, team leader, or someone who is striving for a position in leadership within your office, NDAA’s Leadership Conference is designed for you. Come join NDAA and your colleagues from across the nation and together we will define effective leadership in prosecution.
Thank you to the Leadership Academy sponsors!
