On-Demand Webinar: Military Justice 101

This webinar is the product of the National District Attorney's Association Military Justice Committee, who is working to bridge the gap between military and civilian prosecutors to foster collaboration, communication, and education between them. The panel will delve into the intricacies of military law, exploring its history, procedures, and its unique relationship with civilian society and legal systems. 

There will be discussion on:

  • The Nuts and Bolts of the UCMJ
  • Military Criminal Procedure and its History
  • The Hierarchal Structure of the Military
  • The Intersection with Civilian Law and its Prosecutors
  • Glossary of Terms
