The NDAA's 2025 Summer Summit, themed "Prosecutors in the Community: Innovative Prevention and Re-Entry Strategies for Safer Cities and Towns," promises to be a pivotal event focusing on enhancing community safety through forward-thinking strategies. This conference will bring together prosecutors, legal experts, community leaders, and policymakers to explore innovative approaches to crime prevention and effective re-entry programs. Participants can expect insightful discussions aimed at fostering collaboration and developing actionable solutions to build safer and more resilient cities and towns.

NDAA Summer Summit Call for Proposals

The 2025 NDAA Summer Summit is dedicated to exploring "Prosecutors in the Community: Innovative Prevention and Re-Entry Strategies for Safer Cities and Towns". Space is limited and we are looking for dynamic speakers from diverse backgrounds and geography. To submit a session for consideration, complete our proposal form by Friday, December 6, 2024. NDAA’s staff will follow up on all submissions to notify whether or not the session has been accepted by Friday, January 17, 2025.

The 10th Annual Women Prosecutors Section Gala Dinner is a fabulous evening of cocktails, a three-course gourmet dinner and an enriching presentation at the beautiful Idaho State Museum. The WPS is the fastest growing section within NDAA and welcomes all members and nonmembers to attend.

Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art is a leading presenter of global modern and contemporary art in the region. As the first contemporary art museum in the state, Kemper Museum has connected Midwest communities with the artists of our time since 1994. Ticket price includes a presentation along with a drink ticket, passed appetizers, a full dinner with salad, entrée and dessert. A cash bar will also be available. Large groups may purchase tables. Due to limited seating, this popular event will sell out quickly.

Anticipated CLE Credit Hours: 10

NDAA will apply for CLE credit in Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. All other attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. At the conclusion of the course and after completion of the electronic evaluation survey, all attendees will receive a uniform continuing education certificate that they may use to report their continuing education hours to their state bar or reporting agency. Questions regarding CLE can be directed to cle@ndaajustice.org.

Please submit all requests to NDAA in writing via email to Logan Silverman at lsilverman@ndaajustice.org. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the NDAA event to receive a full refund. Full refunds cannot be approved for requests received after this date. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the event, a 75% refund will be granted with a written request. NDAA regrets that refunds/credit will not be given for cancellations within 14 days of the event or for no-shows. However, substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Should another office member want to attend the course in your place please contact Logan Silverman at lsilverman@ndaajustice.org.
