Live Webinar: NDAA's Trial Advocacy Academy - 101 Series - Analytical Advocacy

90-minute presentation

March 19, 2024

2:00 - 3:30 pm ET

Join us on March 19, 2024, for the official launch of NDAA’s Trial Advocacy Academy – 101 Series, where we will begin at the beginning, with a webinar focused on Analytical Advocacy.  An effective prosecutor develops a trial strategy during the early stages of case review and preparation. The National District Attorney Association’s Analytical Advocacy method provides a process through which prosecutors can develop an effective trial strategy and provides the tools to implement that strategy at every stage of their case.  This webinar will help attendees identify and develop case theory, case theme, and case strategy and will provide attendees with a better understanding of the importance of Analytical Advocacy.
